E.L. Robinson Engineering (ELR) is a civil engineering and planning firm with seven offices across West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky. Since 1978, we’ve built a strong reputation for delivering creative, high-quality engineering solutions across our region and beyond.

As we continue to grow, we’re always looking for talented professionals to join our team. What began as a small surveying firm with just four employees has evolved into a highly diversified company with more than 150 engineers, surveyors, and support personnel.
